Amir Ezzati
I'm a Master's student in Computer Engineering with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Bioinformatics, currently working as a Research Assistant at Sharif University of Technology.
My research broadly focuses on the trustworthiness and reliability of machine learning systems. In this context, I investigate challenges in vision-language models (VLMs), such as hallucination and limited reasoning capabilities, which directly impact their reliability and alignment with real-world expectations. I'm also exploring the application of AI in medicine, with a focus on developing trustworthy medical AI systems and advancing toward medical AGI—models capable of safely understanding and reasoning over complex medical images.
With a strong foundation in computer science, mathematics, and machine learning, I bring both depth and adaptability to AI research across a variety of domains.
